Her clinical background spans psychiatric hospitals and behavioral health programs, supporting individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and dual diagnoses. Known for her empathy, integrity, and tireless work ethic, Arshdeep leads Tridev Health Care with a mission to uplift underserved communities and ensure that every individual receives respectful, personalized, and dignified care. She brings over 14 years of combined experience in medical, psychiatric, and social service environments.
